Speaker: Bobbie Colt
At our Memorial Day Tribute, we honored all those who have served—not only in uniform, but through acts of conscience, compassion, and community. Whether on the battlefield or the protest line, in healing spaces or sacred halls, Unitarian Universalists have long answered the call to justice and peace.
This tribute reminded us that the true soul of a nation is not found in flags or parades, but in the quiet courage of everyday people who rise to meet injustice with truth and hatred with love. May we continue to live in that spirit—serving where we stand, loving without condition, and offering ourselves for the sake of others and the conscience of humanity.
