Tica will highlight the importance of representational Community-Focused Doula Care in underserved populations, telling how BirthRoot Community Doula has grown from providing Birth Doula support to comprehensive support through Perinatal Doulas, Community Health Workers, and Certified Lactation Counselors. Her story is the creation of BirthRoot Community Doula, its responsive programming, and its support plan.
