In the Buddhist tradition, a Bodhisattva (Bo-dee-sot-vuh) is a person
who delays enlightenment in order to help all beings achieve
liberation (Nirvana). They represent an ideal toward which many
Buddhists strive. We have observed the presence of Bodhisattvas all
around us, and they are not all Buddhists. Several members of
Peaceful Raven Buddhist Sangha will speak to living the Bodhisattva
path, everyday people living everyday lives.
