October 3 Artistry, Design, and American History: The Chair

John is the Director Emeritus of the Erie Art Museum and has been an avid collector of art and antiques his entire adult life. One of his passions is handmade wooden chairs from the 18th and 19th centuries. He will bring several from his collection and discuss how these objects give us a fascinating historical window into technology, society, and aesthetics of working people. John and Kelly will be speaking in the sanctuary.  Anyone may attend the service in person or via Zoom.
